A young woman (Kara Hui) marries a dying senior member of a martial arts family in order to keep the inheritance from falling into the wicked hands of Third Uncle (Johnny Wang). Traditional family conventions are turned upside down when this 'grand auntie' by marriage arrives at the home of the rightful inheritor (Lau Kar-leung) and his progressive son (Hsiao Ho).
