A vicious gang of criminals and natural born sadists who have robbed a bank and already killed several people in the province capital of Hunan are seeking shelter in a remote little village. There they soon terrorize the innocent villagers by raping and killing their way to force the local locksmith to open the stolen safe of the bank. Four local men including said locksmith and a sick wandering artist cannot take the humiliation any more and retaliate. They are the only hope of the townspeople to be free of the murderous menace and a battle against any odds starts.
