Compassionate and generous to a fault, Chien Lung ( Lau Wing) enjoys wandering around the country in disguise and mingling amongst the common folk to learn what they truly feel about living under his rule. With the more than capable assistance of a street smart rascal (Wong Yu), the emperor also tries to sniff out corruption at all levels of government. In wonderfully comical fashion, he sets out to teach these court officials a lesson or two about treating his subjects!
